Booking Terms & Conditions
Confirmation and Payment for the Tour
Please complete and return a booking form with a deposit of £10 per person per tour is required to confirm all reservations. If a physical booking form is being returned then an appropriate deposit payment should be included with the form. For telephone bookings payment may be made by credit or debit card over the phone. For online bookings we will contact you to agree how payment will be made.
The balance of the cost for all trips booked will be due four weeks before the tour date. (Full payment will be due at the time of booking if made less than four weeks before departure)

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure subject to the following conditions:

Passenger information
Baynes Travel cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense incurred by passengers due to late arrival at the pre-arranged pick-up point. We reserve the right to ask any individual whose behaviour is considered as likely to cause annoyance to others to leave the coach. In such circumstances any obligation by Baynes Travel to the individual concerned will immediately cease. Passengers leaving an excursion early, for whatever reason, will not be entitled to a refund or compensation for any additional expenditure incurred. Any obligation by Baynes Travel to such passengers will immediately cease.
No Smoking Policy
There is no smoking allowed on any of our coaches, including E cigarettes.

Cancellation

- All tours are operated on a minimum number of passengers. If that minimum number is not met then the tour may be cancelled up to two weeks before the excursion date. In this case all monies will be returned.
- Unforeseen circumstances may cause us to cancel an excursion, with full refund.
You may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure subject to the following conditions:
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations notified more than 14 days before travel will be refunded less deposits –cancellations less than 14 days will be payable in full.
- Special cancellation charges may apply where admission has been purchased in advance.
