FABULOUS TRIP
​What an absolute fantastic start to our new season of tours. All credit to Beamish for a superb showing of all manner of vehicles from dainty Victorian ladies’ tricycles to great galumphing monster steam trucks. For me who only has a passing interest in such things to the game grannies and grandpa's who joined us on the trip right down to young Jack (aged 7 years) who said, "Thank you for an absolutely amazing day!" I think he speaks for us all. Well done to Beamish and also to Him upstairs who gave us the most perfect weather! This was the idea of Wendy from U3A and it will definitely be on the list of must-do's next year so thanks also to Wendy. Apologies to the two folks who I missed of the photograph and thanks to everyone on the coach for your lovely feedback.
